Tip: Most Continental engines will require either a 1/2" or a 9/16" wrench. The notable exceptions are the IO-520 and the O-470 engines which requires a 5/8" (and sometimes a 9/16") wrench. Additionally, a few of the older Continental engines will require 3/4" wrench.
